Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy

We are committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from unlawful harassment. Company policy strictly prohibits sexual harassment and all other forms of harassment. This policy applies to all individuals employed by our company and prohibits harassment by any employee, including supervisors and co-workers. Employees are also prohibited from harassing customers or vendors. Our company enforces a zero-tolerance policy, and violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.


Employees are not expected to tolerate unlawful harassment, including actions such as:


  • Verbal conduct, including derogatory comments, slurs, offensive remarks, unwanted sexual advances, invitations, or sexual comments.
  • Visual conduct, such as displaying derogatory posters, photographs, cartoons, drawings, or making offensive gestures.
  • Physical contact, including assault, unwanted touching, blocking someone’s movement, or interfering with their work.
  • Threats or demands to submit to sexual requests to keep a job, avoid loss, or receive job benefits in exchange for sexual favors.
  • Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or states their intention to report harassment.


We aim to address and resolve all employee concerns related to harassment or discrimination. Employees should report incidents immediately to their supervisor, preferably in writing. The company will investigate all reports promptly.
